I started learning about massage doing a course so that I could receive a massage as I was a single mum and just didn’t have the money to afford a regular massage.

I soon found massaging other people relaxed me so much I started studying massage and alternative therapies. I basically spent the next 10 years studying.
 

I have been a qualified masseuse for 18 years now and helping people is a big part of who I am and what makes me feel normal. As a knowledge hound, I have also studied Reiki, fitness and rehabilitative exercise.
 

Now my gorgeous girls are grown up, I live in a beautiful place on the NSW mid north coast called Emerald Beach. I am also involved in my local community being an on call volunteer firefighter in the NSW Rural Fire Service.
